Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes we do. We require a minimum order of $25.00 net before shipping charges to process your order.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?
A: Yes. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover. You will be asked to furnish Credit Card information during check-out process on our website. Your order will be processed after verifying credit card details offline.

Q: How do you store my Credit Card information?
A: Your credit card information is stored in a secure database and no individual other than sales supervisor can view this information.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site during check-out?
A: To protect your data against any unauthorized access or misuse, your data is processed and transferred by SSL-protocol which uses sophisticated encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information will not be compromised during transmittal. You can verify the security seal on check-out pages by clicking the image on the left hand-side.

Q: I have to login several times. What is wrong?
A: May be your security is set to "High" in Internet Options. Please change your security level to "Medium". You can view short tutorial here.

Your web security will not be compromised by changing the security level from High to Medium.

Q: Do I have to logout before leaving the website or closing the browser program?
A: Yes and No. You have to logout before browsing other website from same window. Click "logout" link at the bottom of the page. You don't need to logout in case you close your browser before getting logout. In any case you will be automatically logged out after 15 min from login.

Q: Do you use "Auto-complete" feature on Registration Page?
A: No. Auto-complete feature is part of Internet Explorer and it is disabled on registration page. Your Tax ID number & Shipping details will not be seen by others in case you use public computer to register.

Q: Why I am asked to login before viewing any page?
A: To keep casual browsers away from our website we require you to register with us and login before viewing any page. However, you can view About Us, Contact Us, FAQ & Privacy Policy page without login.

Q: Why I am asked to login after updating quantity on basket page?
A:
May be your browser is throwing away stored cookies which usually happens when your Privacy setting is set at High or Custom level.

You can view short tutorial here which will help you change your Privacy setting to Default level. Generally this will not compromise your personal privacy on the web.





Q: How do you ship my order?

A: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of order if items are in stock.

Q: Can you ship "Rush" orders?

A: Unless you request otherwise, we ship via UPS Ground service. Please call our sales representative on 1-877-563-2467 for more information.

Q: What does C.O.D. mean?

A: Your order will be sent through UPS Ground Service and you have to pay a Cashier's Check, Money Order or A Company Check to the UPS at the Time of Delivery. Also, there will be an additional COD Charge of $7.




Q: What about items out of stock?
A: Koda Imports strives to maintain sufficient stock to meet the needs of our customers. If an item is out of stock, or if there will be a delay of more than two days in shipping, we will notify you to confirm that you still want the product.




Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. Items may be returned for full credit up to a duration of 7 days from the day you receive the items. Please call customer support at 1-877-563-2467 for more information.

Q: What about product guarantee?
A: Koda Imports gives un-conditional guarantee on all the products. There is complete quality control on our products and we are in direct contact with finest artisans in India.
